SETTING HIGH STANDARDS: Adullam's set of standards cover all of our Housing and Support services. They are a set of generic service standards created by Adullam itself using the expertise and experience of it's own staff. There is now a minimum standard for all aspects of Adullam's work, no matter how different the people we work with, the services we give or the types of accommodation we offer. They reflect current good practice and legislation in the field of supported housing and meet the varying requirements of funding and referring partners.

They are intended to cover a person's journey through their time with Adullam, from the moment of enquiry through to the point when support is withdrawn. Close attention has been paid to the quality of accommodation residents live in. Underpinning all the standards are plans for an improved recording system which will enable Adullam to constantly monitor the effectiveness of our services. To keep up with new developments and legislation we are constantly evaluating and reviewing the standards.
