Adullam,
Midlands works with men and women in housing need. Our focus is on provision
for people who are marginalised and disadvantaged. It is our policy to develop
and manage schemes which match the needs and requirements of our client
groups. These schemes consist of appropriate housing together with suitable
support services. Our client groups currently include: People who are involved
in the Criminal Justice System, Women with dependant children, Single homeless.

accommodation available.
A small
number of furnished bedsits for single women are available in Hockley.
Assured
Shorthold Tenancies up 6 months, can be extended to 12 months or longer

is available in a terraced house, sharing with 2 others. If accommodation
is available and the interview successful, accommodation will be offered
the same day.

key for bedroom and front door in a fully furnished property. Shared lounge
with colour TV, bedding and cleaning materials provided.
This
occupancy is offered on the basis of an excluded licence agreement. Residents
are expected to discuss an action plan to look at future needs.

Self
contained bedsit flats are available.
Assured
Shorthold Tenancies of 6 months; can be extended to 12 months or longer
